I am from Windsor Ontario but only shop through Tara At the Collingwood store. Amazing personality and makes the best of every interaction. When something is good, don’t change it. That’s why the Collingwood store gets my business. I have purchased several times through Tara and love each one of them. Never an issue. Basically completely rebuilt my PC for me, and was tolerant when i sent him a motherboard that was dead and even waited for me to get a new one, definitely recommend coming here if you need anything done with computers. Really friendly and nice guy! the pricing is solid too.

Denis did an awesome job for me, most lawyers will tell you things like “you’re fine, we got this under control no problem” where Denis was straight up with me. Few years ago I bought a laptop with the help of Best Buy Express in Collingwood. THe staff was knowleagable, not pushing for purchae. Today I visited the store with some software issue of the laptop. I have good knowledge about microsoft PCs but was not able to resolve the issue, which was "the build in microphone was not working. Tha laptop had no warrantee but the young man resolved the problem free of charge and within a few minutes.
