Very accommodating. Called Impact HD on a weekend - my truck needed a wheel bearing replaced. It was -30 degrees. He came out within a couple hours and got me back on the road. To my luck, I found Banti Shaw highly professional and knowledgeable, he genuinely cared for his clients interests, from giving tips on maintenance of the house to help understand why it was necessary to keep the to-do list for every season or year.
