I have been a resident os DCC65 for the past 22 years with 20 of those sitting on the Board of Directors. During this time Eastway Management Inc. has been the property managers. the past 4 years we have had Linda Watt as our Property Manager, Linda is very knowledgeable when it comes to managing the Corporation and its day to day operation as well as her knowledge of the Condominium Act. Linda is easy to deal with and takes instruction directly from the Board on all decisions made.

MK painting is the best!! They painted my entire house in one day and even painted a small ceiling area that needed done without charging us any extra. They worked with our schedule, showed up on time and were finished early. I recommend them to everyone!
