But within minutes of being in the office and talking with the friendly, knowledgeable receptionist Michelle, i was comfortable and relieved of my worry. The professionalism and care of Dr. Pandya, helped me reach my goals and the improvement I felt was immediate. I always feel welcome and am always treated with respect. Geraldine Coolidge and her staff are great. They are very professional, helpful and come very highly recommended by myself. When I was loosing my hearing, I did not know who to turn to as other ear centers were not very helpful at all. I contacted Coolidge Hearing by email and immediately the next day they contacted me back by phone. I explained my situation to Geraldine and she offered a solution to my hearing problems when others would not. Great job!!!

The staff here are so helpful and friendly and Dr. Butts has the most thorough eye exam I have ever experienced. You can tell he loves what he does and eye health is very important to him. I have recommended Dr. Butts and Calgary Trail Vision Centre to many family and friends.
