Amazing customer service, very helpful and patient with me for all the questions that I had to ask. Gagan especially was a great help, she gave me such a great deal, and was so friendly. I would definitely be a returning customer ?

This is a very well run store. It is always clean and has sufficient cashiers, Re-stocking of the shelves is done on the night shift so you don't have pallets blocking the aisles like some other stores. I registered a complaint online about a product that was not carried and Scott called me and had the product brought in. Excellent customer service. I would always use this No-Frills store even if I was closer to another. I feel my business is appreciated.

Jill, the audiologist, who owns this business does an excellent job of explaining your options, and helping you choose which hearing aid to buy. The follow up service is also excellent.
