Think the person who gave you only one star must have been playing an April fools joke-letter written April 1. I have always found your prices quite competitive and sales staff available and willing to assist. The store is also usually clean and tidy. I definitely will continue to shop here.

I've used TD since 1994 and have always enjoyed the customer service and some of the same tellers have been there over 15 years showing the like their job. I highly recommend them.

Rich was a huge help in dealing with my daughters VW after the alternator gave out on her drive from Vancouver. Always worried about mechanics you dont know and who potentially have you at a disadvantage, but Rich was understanding and most helpful and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price.... I would highly recommend him to local residents and Okanagan visitors alike.
