My computer wouldn't even turn on and Francis from tech Squad helped me out and fixed it better than it ever was. He kept in touch with me during every step, he was courteous, and was very mindful of not wasting my money..i can't say enough about the service from this company. I had the most amazing service ever and a large box store. There aren't enough character spaces in the small space to tell you how appreciative and grateful I was for the exceptional service at the Chinook store in Calgary - There was a customer service rep that helped me whose name was Paul and another customer service rep who was very helpful who I don't know his name plus the two guys that help me carry and load an awkward huge window .
