I have used this company for emergency work. They are fast and reliable. I also had them install a back water valve. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Great company for your plumbing needs. On Jan 31st, a burst water pipe was the result of the bitter cold that visited Hamilton. I watched the water pour down and around a kitchen window, onto the counter and floor. I turned the main off and called Plumbwize. Stu arrived within an hour. He quickly and efficiently replaced a section of copper pipe and repaired another dripping pipe, near the first. The price was reasonable and the service was great. I highly recommend this company and plumber, Stu. A. Donaghue

Nothing but the BEST!!! Crew were stellar, friendly and took the time to evaluate all my hood ductwork and fans to ensure every surface within it would be clean and meet or I’d say exceeds Ontario standards. Ever so thoughtful to cover all my items in the kitchen prior to starting and mopped the entire floor, out kitchen never looked so good.

I had a very pleasant experience with Rock With Us. They have an excellent choice of slabs in their showroom from Granite to Quartz, and etc. From the time we were contacted to schedule for measurement, we were pleased with the friendly customer service. Also during installation, very prompt and detailed. They were very professional and courteous throughout the whole process. I will recommend Rock With Us to all of my family and friends. I will be getting my bathroom done next time around.

Dan and his team are very professional, they are fast, and they are trustworthy. Dan is one of only a handful of plumbers approved by the city of Hamilton to install backwater valves. This should speak to his abilities and professionalism. Prices are very reasonable.
