Despite prior complaints, Kelly at the Milton location explained why customers felt they did. She also took the time to return my engagement ring to the jeweler due to defects that I didn't see. I appreciated her honesty. She was extremely helpful.
Unfortunately, Kelly is moving to Orangeville (about an hour away), but I will still go to her for maintenance on the ring. Thanks so much, Kelly!

Robin is amazing to deal with, whatever you want he can do. The customer service is the best I have experienced. It is great that they show you a mold of the design so you can make adjustments, etc before the final product is produced so no surprises.
