If you're looking for a reputable dietitian in Toronto, this is the service. Very professional, many registered dietitians and nutritionists to choose from, they offer a free consultation and the meal plan is very detailed. I also like the personal follow-ups. They offer in-person appointments at their office and virtual. I did both and both were excellent.

The space is very clean and organized. Michal is amazing, she understood what the source of my pain was and focused on the areas i wanted. I have been there for 3 sessions so far and I have seen a big change.
