I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. I originally ended up at Star Auto Transmission to fix a tire that had a screw in it, my experience was absolutely awesome. My van was making this grr sound and someone told me it was the muffler, star Auto doesnt deal with muffler but Peter offered to take a look and let me know what needed to be done,he also gave a lesson on a few other things which I really appreciated. Turned out it was not the muffler it was the flex pipe leak, they fixed it for me within 2 days. trustworthy, reliable.

I have known Nisal for years now and he has been excellent with me and all my business dealings with his company. I have read some of the negative comments on here about his company and I find it shocking. Nisal is a decent guy and he wants your business and will do what it takes to get it. I know for a fact that if a customer is put out for any reason, that he will do what it takes to make his customer happy. This is just my own experience here. Signed Tony the paramedic guy !
