Excellent service, great attitude and very honest. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone and will be doing so. I have been taking our car to Koops since we bought it, and they have been nothing short of great to work with. They have mechanics that know their stuff, and give good honest advice to ensure that the work that needs to be done on the car is what is done. I would recommend Koops to anyone.

Went beyond expectations to ensure
my car is working at its best. Looked into things to see why it was acting up to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Would refer anyone to talk with Bruce in getting work done on their vehicle. Before any work is done they call, and give you all options to what is needed. The work is done within the timeframe they give you. Won’t take my vehicle anywhere else.

This business helped me lots! They were very informative. I didn't feel as though they were taking advantage of me because I am a girl, and lack knowledge on cars. I had lots of problems with my car and they managed to fix it for a great price and fast speed. This is now my go-to place. I would suggest it to all.

Christian and his crew are terrific. An honest business owner who tells you everything that needs to be done on your vehicle. Then leaves you with a quote for you to review and then continue with service. There were no surprises. Christian and his crew took my tired and cranky 1996 Chevy truck in. It needed brakes, hoses, transmission work, emergency brake cable etc etc. They did an great job and now she purrs like a kitten.
