We sat down and he offered us a drink before anything then started explaining the whole process to us. That’s when I told him I have very bad and poor credit but he did not put me down nor make me feel bad. Very professionally he said , don’t worry I’m here to do my best. And that he did. My experience with o the mechanics(Jody and Carl) and front desk(Joe) have always been amazing. They are very proficient in what they do and the service is tremendous. Before getting my teeth whitened professionally, I had tried doing it at home with whitening toothpaste or special kits. From the moment I first walked into the office I was amazed by how warm and inviting the office space was. It did not have the cold, sterile environment I had experienced at other dental offices. I knew right away that this was not going to be a typical dental appointment. I instantly felt comfortable and at ease.
