had to bring a Dodge Stealth in for a flex pipe repair recently. I have used these guys multiple times & only once did I end up w/the wrong part & it's not a wonder when that phone doesn't stop ringing cpl'd with the continuous flow of customers walking through the door. Their yard guys are great, the desk guys' knowledge is over the roof, & they go the extra mile to make sure you leave a satisfied customer.

This not a complaint at all.
I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business.
This positive change has, I think, has been a result of a change in branch managers.
