I was short on boxes of a laminate that had just been discontinued and the local stores in Rupert said there was nothing they could do bout it. Terry with Amerispec Inspections had done our home inspection in May 2017. He was very professional, detailed and informative regarding the house, most especially the foundation issues it had.
