I cant say enough about this wonderful business. Jay was very helpful from the moment I talked to him on the phone and he walked me through turning the main water off to fixing another problem before it even began. He was very considerate about wearing booties, very polite and a third generation plumber so its in his blood. I went to Steve's Discount auto yesterday for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by the owner who was knowledgeable, courteous and didn't try to rip me off.
