This is the second time we needed help with our residential air conditioning. we called and had our unit serviced the same evening by friendly and knowledgeable technicians. I never leave reviews, this is a first. I am so happy to live in a community with local companies like this one. I called Reynolds this morning, I didn't have heat in the house. I was told that there day was full and they wouldn't be able to make it over. I was expecting a next day appt. Instead, I was asked a few questions over the phone. Then walked through a few steps. 5 minutes later I got the furnace going and the heat back on. This cost me nothing. This will obviously not always be the case, but from now on my friends, family and I will be calling Reynolds. Thanks again

Brandon is an absolute pleasure to deal with, professional, friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable and most importantly provided a thorough explanation of what was being done. He didnt rush through the job and took his time to troubleshoot and diagnose my AC problem. Brandon is a honest person who went ABOVE AND BEYOND his duties to ensure that we got my AC up and running properly.
