Called a few other companies to compare pricing as well as work provided. Justin Time explained what they would be doing and if there would be any increase in cost where it would come from. Gave me a "ball park" rate and I was happy to find out that it was very close to the quote. Very pleased with the service, cleanliness and attention to detail from the workers. I can breath easier now that all the dust is out of my vents!

Our furnace mysteriously stopped working recently. It took some time to get to the bottom of the problem, but DR Heat & Air Ltd was relentless. Brand new replacement parts turned out to be faulty right from the box, further masking the problem, but they didn't give up. And when it came time to settle the bill, they wouldn't even charge us for most of their time because they felt they should have solved the problem sooner. That's integrity. I know where we'll buy our next furnace.
