I have used Hallmark Autobody on a few different occasions, and have always been satisfied with the work performed on my vehicles. I found the staff pleasant and have also met the owner & sons who seem to be good people. I have recomended this shop to 2 people who needed body work done and they were both happy with Hallmark as well.

I had a small dent in my Harleys fender and these guys were able to fix it pertectly and it took less that 20 minutes but they even refused to charge me anything even after I insisted he still said no charge. Not a great way to pay the bills but a super way to get more business as I will tell all who listens to use these guys for any dent repair....simply a super nice fellow and someone who has me as a customer for life....no one is better or more professional for sure....

My RV was broken down at an intersection in cochrane on a busy August weekend. I was being honked at, people were shaking their fists at me (unbelievable), and my girls were sitting at a campground by themselves in Field. I was upset, a little desperate and feeling vulnerable (single lady alone). The Ama driver referred me to JD's auto center that would take me in right away to at least look at it (some i'd called were saying 2 weeks away even to give an opinion!) The mechanic looked at it right away and did some minor repairs/cleaned the fuel filter and sent me on my way without insisting I needed a new fuel pump etc. Ie. He was honest. The shop stayed open a bit later to accommodate me. I know how uncaring people in this world can be these days.... That day reset my faith in humanity and I was on the road that night; made it to Field at dusk to find my 2 frightened, much-relieved girls sitting at a picnic table at dusk. Can't thank you guys enough!!! -Heather

Excellent service, great attitude and very honest. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone and will be doing so. A couple years ago I stopped by Lou's to get a cost estimate to repair some minor paint damage to the rear of my car caused after backing into a steel cable. Other estimates I received were in the $2000 to $3000 range. Lou's thought the damage could mostly be "polished out" and immediately went ahead and tried that. Sure enough, that worked very well and I was more than satisfied with how it looked. It impressed me that they would find a way to repair the damage at a lower cost...right away.

We are really impressed with Marty's customer service. He is reliable and honest. He is easy to talk with and always answers his phone or calls you back right away. We were happy with his installation and his post service. If you need help with a repair or instal, we highly recommend calling Marty.
