A couple years ago I stopped by Lou's to get a cost estimate to repair some minor paint damage to the rear of my car caused after backing into a steel cable. Other estimates I received were in the $2000 to $3000 range. Lou's thought the damage could mostly be "polished out" and immediately went ahead and tried that. Sure enough, that worked very well and I was more than satisfied with how it looked. It impressed me that they would find a way to repair the damage at a lower cost...right away.

This business helped me lots! They were very informative. I didn't feel as though they were taking advantage of me because I am a girl, and lack knowledge on cars. I had lots of problems with my car and they managed to fix it for a great price and fast speed. This is now my go-to place. I would suggest it to all.

I was referred to this company by a friend at work, now I owe him one. I didn't know what to expect, you know that fear you get when using someone for the first time. Well Julio and his team took those worries away. With patience they found the issues, fixed it a reasonable cost and saved the parts to show me what happened.
