THE PERSON WHO TOOK PHONE CALL IS NOT ANY PART OF JIM'S FAMILY. JUST THE PERSON WHO TAKE'S THE PHONE CALLS AND WAITS ON TABLE'S. I THINK JIM SHOULD GET RID OF THIS PERSON OR HE WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS.JIM'S OF SIMCOE IS NEVER LIKE THIS. ONE BAD APPLE WILL SPOIL THE BUNCH
