Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. Harry is the guy to go for your car maintenance (brakes,rotors, replacement parts etc.) Prices a good and he make a sure you leave satisfied. He has taken care of my Mazda3, fusion,versa,. He does the repairs for all friends and family.

Bikram is one of my favorite types of yoga to practice - i love that the heat is usually very high in these classes and it is always an intense workout. bring a large towel - and lots of water!!!

Great guys. Jason and his brother really know what they’re doing and are extremely helpful. I was able to tell them that I just wanted my car to be fixed so that it was presentable but not a lot of new parts etc. They were more than accommodating.
