First snow day and every tire shop was booking middle of next week and onward. West End is a very busy all-service mechanical shop but since my tires are on rims, the rep said they could do them this morning. Two hours later, 20 minutes in-and-out, $63 and I'm done. Very pleasant staff, a pleasure to work with and I'll be back..

Best shop in town for sure! I recently had work done and everyone in the shop was very friendly and comforting. The artist I had was innovative, funny, gentle and friendly. The shop was clean and I will be for sure going back for any future tattoos!

I bought a pellet stove from these folks about 10 years ago. Happy to say that it still runs like a charm and I use it a lot - basically 24 hours a day for about 6 months of the year. Other that a few gaskets and a sensor that needed replacing I have not had any major issues with my stove. On the rare occasions when I needed some maintenance advice I spoke with one of their technicians (Marvin I think) and he was very helpful. Really cannot say enough about the product and the service.

We were referred to Black's when our mum passed away. She was an avid collector of books, and we wanted to get an opinion on the value of some older books in her collection. Adam and Ana came out to her home in Toronto, and were so helpful and diligent and honest in their approach. We ended up selling most of the collection, and consigning a few of the more valuable ones with them. It was sad to see the collection go but we were happy that they will get to good homes. Couldn't recommend more.
