I never leave reviews, this is a first. I am so happy to live in a community with local companies like this one. I called Reynolds this morning, I didn't have heat in the house. I was told that there day was full and they wouldn't be able to make it over. I was expecting a next day appt. Instead, I was asked a few questions over the phone. Then walked through a few steps. 5 minutes later I got the furnace going and the heat back on. This cost me nothing. This will obviously not always be the case, but from now on my friends, family and I will be calling Reynolds. Thanks again

Lindon and his team were very professional, punctual and answered my questions with total transparency. If something couldn’t be done or installed in a certain way, Lindon would take the time to explain and show me why it couldn’t be done that way because of the way my older house is built.
Great company to work with. I will call on Air Flex Heating and Cooling company from now on for any heating and cooling issues.

Our Air Conditioner broke down on one of the hottest days of summer, and we called Canada Climate Services. They repaired our unit on the same day, and one of the owners followed up to ensure we were happy. It was a great customer service experiencere.
