I recently moved to 1275 Sandy Lane in Sarnia it's my first experience living in an apartment and I was a little worried I might not like it. Rest assured I love it! The apartment building is clean and well maintained, the views are to die for. The day I moved in Sue our superintendent gave me a hug and said welcome home she couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Any time I have a question or need anything Sue goes out of her way to make sure my needs are met. Excellent experience Thank You

This is a very well managed corporation. Be advised, though, that it
has not been called Windsor Housing Authority for a very long time.
It is currently called Windsor-Essex Community Housing Corporation,
or CHC for short. I know this because I used to work there, and I miss it immensely.
