My 92 year old father was given great service from the Edmonton store for a faulty model he purchased at a different store. They did not hesitate to help him even though he bought the model at another Great Hobbies. Excellent service!

I have been calling every heating company that I could find to come and fix my furnace as I have no heat and small children. I called these guys and they didn't hesitate to come and resolve my heating problem. The gentleman who came to our house was very polite and knowledgeable. I found that Tyson and Hasson were very professional. Tyson explaining the workings of the system and what I can get in the way of adding things to my needs.
Hasson was extremely efficient in installing said system and his explanation on how to work the pad etc.
