Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. Great new eco store on James St South Hamilton. The owner was very helpful and I was very impressed with the bulk refill station they have. They will refill your empty containers with eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap and softener, they even have bulk bubble bath and the prices are great.

They did a fabulous job! They are efficient, fairly priced, environmentally conscience and very particular about their work. Definitely recommended.

Outstanding Tree Farm....We contracted Cerelli farms to install a tree in the back yard that would become the focal point of our oasis. Micheal at Cellini farms was very professional from the outset and helped us select the best tree variety for the application. Customer Service above and beyond! Highly recommend

Visited AL'S for my lawnmower for repair , tune-up / blade sharpening ,
the staff , the service was excellent. Even got a call to say my mower deck belt was close to breaking , they took the time to text me a picture of the the crack in the belt , I told them to replace it for sure . A day later I was picking up my tractor. Great work guys
