The Mayfair is a wonderful fitness, tennis, squash, and swimming club. The staff is impressive, from the front desk, to maintenance, to fitness coaches, and instructors -- professional and helpful. Since going there, Ive lost 16 pounds while quitting smoking. Both my body and my attitude have undergone profound, positive changes. I also recommend the spa and yoga studio downstairs.

I have had the honour of having both Dr. Fabio Di Stefano and Dr. Danielle tend to my chiropractic needs. They make sure that I am well adjusted, and use acupuncture and laser as well. I like that they are highly knowledgeable in nutrition. About two years ago I had a surgical rhinoplasty as well as injectables. I was having some nasal issues, with my sinuses and had difficulty breathing well. My family doctor was the one who actually suggested I see Dr. Mounsey to have this corrected. Dr. Mounsey is a very good doctor and is very thorough. He did a good job and I am really happy with my experience. I am so pleased with how my results turned out.
