I have been a loyal Cool-It customer for nearly 10 years. I am a long haul trucker. I am really impressed with my no-idle HVAC unit. It keeps my truck cool in the summer and warm all winter. I don't idle my engine when it's on so it saves on gas ($) and it's environmentally friendly (zero emissions). Best part is I got a low interest Eco-loan on the purchase from VanCity Credit Union. This is the first time we have ever dealt with a RV company, our experience was exceptionally good. As with purchasing anything new like cars houses etc… there are usually some issues (that’s life). We bought a brand new camper from Get-A-Way this spring; we had a couple issues related to the manufacture of the camper. We brought these issues to the attention of the company and they had us return the camper for the required fix /repairs. This was done in a very timely manner and great results.

A very honest garage. My Honda air conditioner stopped working. Paul Carter Auto, using their sophisticated analyzer, diagnosed and replaced the burnt out relay. Total cost - under $60 including parts.

Came for an oil change before a road trip - Patrick did the change for us and checked tire pressure and air filters etc. - was super friendly and helpful! Very happy with the service today and will continue going back thanks to Patrick’s great service
