I’ve had a great experience. I came a bit early because I haven’t been here before and they took my car early to get finished early so I can go about my day. I was greeted right away by Quaisom (service reception) and it continued to be a good experience. James and Sandy were also very good.

I get that dealerships tend to be busy but 2 weeks wait just to get a oil check on my civic is ridiculous especially when my oil life 15% but yea if it was fir Steph working some magic I was done with service from them dovsafe to say she managed to get me in the same day n get the job done

Vincent is very honest, no monkey around even if you have no knowledge on cars. He can fix any issue and find ways to save you money. Earlier this year I met the new management and staff. The new manager Joe is A+, very professional, honest and transparent. After seeing the positive changes I just bought a Q50 through them and I could not be happier with the service. They searched to find the exact car I wanted, went above and beyond to make sure it was in great shape inside and out for me including getting it tinted and ceramicpro coated so I didnt have to worry about it after and my car will stay looking amazing for years!
