I went to Kaltire today regarding a shakiness with my tires. I thought I just needed a torquing. Good thing the Service Manager Trevor checked thoroughly and discovered that the previous tire place (not Kaltire) hadn’t done a good job to the point my tires could have come off. He balanced and brushed off all the debris and tightened them for no charge. What fantastic service!! Every time I go to this location, I always great treated so well. Feel very grateful!

The gentleman repaired my flat tire and then said it was no charge.
The whole thing took half an hour. He didn't want my money!

Service department is top notch, led by Aubrey. Very responsive to emergent roll up door or liftgate repairs on very short notice. Best by far in GVRD.
