Our esthetician, Jo (owner), is friendly, professional, fair and always willing to accommodate our schedules. We receive the best services from Jo and in particular are very familiar with manicures, pedicures, waxings, and facials. The products Jo carries in the salon are exceptional and we've adopted these products for our skin care on a daily basis. Jo is very attentive to not only the quality of her services, but also that of the products that are sold through the salon. We would never hesitate to recommend Jo and the salon to others and in fact, have recommended several people to Jo and they too are now loyal customers. The pricing at the salon is highly competitive with the other salons and on many occasions is less than what you might expect. Got my hair done, first time in 2 years. I waited because I felt that I could do it myself. A hairdresser I'm not! My overall experience 5 outta 5. Chantel, is a amazing hair stylest! She, was bang on with the color and cut! Also took the time to teach me how to syle my hair. I left the salon feeling happy with my hair! New look! Was a pleasurable experience! Thank you! I have been to other driving schools in Toronto, and failed my G1 exit test twice before coming to Advanced Road Craft in Kitchener. The quality of service and instruction that I got at ARC is significant in comparison. Trustworthy, professional, attentive, and great customer service. Worth every penny and I will be coming back for other lessons they offer (winter, highway, etc.)! A+ for Mick (in-class) and Andrew (in-car) as instructors!
