He knows what works best for me and how to make me feel comfortable.

As a non-techie type (and a senior to boot!) I really appreciate a company like Techs On Time. I called on a weekend and had my guy on my doorstep Monday morning. He was so patient and took his time explaining everything so I could understand. Turns out I'm not as dumb as I thought!
This mobile technician is a very good idea for a service for seniors in today's world. I read the other ratings and I agree that Techs On Time should get six stars. There is no way I was going to try to disconnect all those wires and carry my computer to a store. Techs On Time you've got my business!

Kevin Goosen and his two tradesmen were extremely professional.
Kevin made me a custom water catchment tray for under my new large hot water tank that he brought with him which was very much appreciated. The other two tradesmen who did the gas line and the plumbing did an outstanding job. I could tell that all three of them knew exactly how to do a job properly. I can honestly say that I was extremely pleased with Class A Heating and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Last night our hot water tank went out! I called Complete around 9:15 Saturday morning and they were at our home 20 minutes later.It doesnt get any better than that.They quickly diagnosed the problem.It was a switch that had been tripped.I wasnt even charged.This was the second time we have used them,and I would highly recommend them!

I have known Ed now for over 8 years and not only is he a wonderful guitar tech, Ed is just simply, a wonderful person.

I picked Ian's company randomly - looking for help to relight a pilot light on the hot water heater at my family's cottage at Cultus Lake. Friday afternoon on a long weekend. Turned out my name was the same as his mother's. He guided me through the steps to safely relight the pilot light. Kudos to Ian.

My Grandson and I took apart a 25 foot retaining wall that had been bowing out of line for 8 years. It was soon clear that we would be incapable of repairing the wall ourselves. I contact Jeremy. He completed the wall in just two days at the price he quoted! His price was reasonable, he is a very pleasant person to deal with, and his workmanship is more than excellent!
