Great little shop with all kind of neat stuff in a small but very well utilized space. They do have a fabulous selection of tarot cards and self-help books. Store always smells so nice with incense and soft music playing. Good vibe and friendly people.

A hidden gem is tucked into Vernon’s Sun Valley Mall. Unfortunately my glasses snapped at the bridge after a walk in the cold. I was told they can’t be fixed.I happened to be downtown and noticed Gerry‘s sign which said he offered repairs as one of the shop’s services and he was able to provide me with an expert repair. Besides excellent customer service, the shop has a good selection of frames for men, women and children.

During a difficult family loss, I called Dumprunz on a Sunday and the telephone was answered. The person who took my call was very helpful and kind. I had to be admitted into emergency for severe pain only to have emergency surgery performed by Dr Eeson. He told me exactly what was gong on and in perfect detail what was going to transpire. With all the Covid and all my allergic matters to medications and drugs, he was amazing! If I could add stars to the ratings they would infinite. Wonderful bedside manner and truly caring!

Absolutely the most compassionate, kind, and knowledgeable people Ive ever had the pleasure to visit. Ive been treated so well, Ill never go anywhere else. They have free delivery and came all the way to my house, which isnt close by. They were kind enough to sit me down and show me how to work my new blood tester, as well as explain dietary advice and how my prescriptions work. Just so precious, all of them.

They are absolutly wonderful!!! I have taken my malamute to many different places in kelowna and the service and kindness does not compare to this place at all!! Especially for very big dogs who can be difficult at times!!! Will be going back for sure. Thanks so much :)
