I am a landlord, utilizing RSPMs services for 3 years. Rentals are not an easy business, most tenants are great and pay on time, but some bad apples will vacate an entire building with their stupidities. RSPM has been very professional and has treated every one of my tenants very fairly, even if it means evicting them if necessary. They keep you informed, advise you of required repairs, and collect rents on time. If you take care of your building, your tenants will be well taken care of by RSPM.

Firm cleaned up an old landscaping effort from last year, and prepared / graded large area of yard (>2500 sf) with fill and topsoil, ensuring proper drainage. Operators of equipment even finished work by hand raking. In and Out .... that is service!

We were looking for a nice spot to enjoy a long weekend of camping and ended up returning numerous times over the summer of 2022. The campground was quite and the new owners are very friendly. Enjoyed the stunning sunsets over the lake and watching the herons catching their daily meals each evening in the shallow waters near the shore. Hiking trail to the point was great and we were able to fish right from the point. Washroom and shower facilities were very clean and well maintained.
