On October 15, 2025, I contacted Reset Services Inc. around 2.00 pm. They were at our door 30 minutes later. They got rid of our old washer, connected the new one and checked the installation of the dryer which had been done by the delivery men. They tested both appliances using various settings until they were satisfied that everything was in order. THEY TRULY CARE. It is obvious that they take pride in their work; they are also reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!!!!

Jen the general manager was AMAZING she helped me with everything got a new phone and transferred everything in under 20 minutes this is the only store i will go too and only lady i will deal with she is PERFECT

A great location to get to - easy to park - nice to have some late hours until 7PM on Wed and Thu and they open at 9am Staff is wonderful to deal with and go the extra mile for you. As a senior it is great pricing with their senior promotions
