They went out of their way to make the bouquet beautiful when a flower they received did not meet their expectations. WOW! I was so impressed with the care with which they handled our order. We rarely see this level of care and service anymore.

I live in NYC and contacted Monika about sending flowers to my Mom in Waterloo. Monika responded immediately and we shared a few emails making sure all my expectations were met! Simple to order on line and the flowers were amazing! Monika provided everything she promised and then some! My Mom loves her flowers, vase and happy birthday balloon! Delivery was on time and prices are great for the amazing service and products! After one week the bouquet is still beautiful! Highly recommend!
