I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. I recently went to Sleep Country looking to upgrade a twin mattress from a warehouse to a queen size mattress. Upon walking into the store, I was greeted immediately by Howard. He helped me for nearly an hour. He was patient, polite and educated me about my choice. I ended up choosing a Queen BeautyRest West Palace Mattress and a Heavenly Touch Pillow. Sleeping on this mattress is like a dream!!
