Great place to eat and great service. Been there 3 times in the past 2 weeks. I guess there going through change of ownership. Amazing to me how rude people can be. One of the times I was there I was standing in line and some lady was saying she had been waiting an hour. I had walk in behind them and she told the server that she was waiting for over an hour. I had been there for 20 minutes. They held the door for me when we all walked in. Maybe they should have went to McDonald’s.

We arrived in Kingston for a hockey tournament and searched for a restaurant that was able to accommodate a group of 40, half of which were kids. The owner together with his staff welcomed our team and did an amazing job. The kids had a great time, the service was the best we've seen from any east side Mario's, and they did a great job on the food. Hats off to the staff and the owner for going above and beyond! We'll be back for sure.

While waiting for our food, my husbands sugar crashed and he felt horrible, sweaty, shaky, dizzy.. the staff noticed something was wrong and immediately sprang into action. They offered orange juice and some ice for his neck.... by the time he felt better we didn’t want to eat... they packed up our food and the manager took care of the bill. They went over and above... now that’s customer service! Thank you Kelsey’s for turning a bad experience into a good one!

Came in on Sunday night for ice cream with my parents and children. The 2 gentlemen that served us were wonderful. Patient and considerate with the indecision of all. Thank you to the 2 young men.

best breakfast ever!!!! we both had eggs benedict....incredible coffee...they drop a carafe on your table after initial pour!!!!!....incredible home fries...absolute best i have ever had ..bar none hot food ..amazing service!!!!!! we live in Ottawa...and joking about making the drive out to Kingston Ont, just to have breakfast there!!!!
