I was having an issue with my furnace and couldn't diagnose it. I called Meer Mechanical and they had someone out to my place within a day. The tech had to show up before and after his scheduled shift in order to fit me in. There was a slight discrepancy on the invoice re: the time the tech was at my house. I called John the owner and discussed the bill with him. He made it right and was concerned about my satisfaction as a customer. Rare to find that in contractors these days.

Karan G. did an exceptional job replacing our three toilets today. He was very pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. He draped our carpets and flooring and wore his little over-booties in our condo and cleaned up well. Ill definitely call Milani Plumbing again.

Huge shout out to Mission Gasbusters. They were awesome with our gas line install. Accommodated a short notice request, fixed a part issue (the supplier of our fire pit sent the wrong natural gas conversion part) and went above and beyond all around in terms of service and doing the job. From estimate to completion, Phoenix HVAC was professional every step of the way. As my parents are older, it is always appreciated to know that you are working with a reputable company. Chris showed up on time and gave us his honest opinion as to what my parents needed. He was very polite, and honest. On installation day, the crew was on time, always very polite and very clean. My dad asked a lot of questions, and they were more than happy to answer all of them.
