Sean was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. His background as an engineer and his years operating in the city have given him firsthand knowledge of literally almost every building in that we inquired on. Although my wife and I were eager to complete on several apartments, and Sean could surely have converted us into a quick sale, he preached patience and talked us back from the brink of making a couple offers we would have come to regret. Wow been sometime since I felt good to go out and Shop (surgery and unwellness on top of COVID) Today my exp in the store was beyond excellent In the past I have been frustrated shopping due to poor customer service levels (many types of stores) but today the woman (appeared to be floor Manager) had such great humour and ability to know how to talk to me Many do not like serve older folk & I am not your typical boomer except for customer service expectation so cudos to Staples Chilliwack!!!

Dr houchmand is the best around, he is very professional and caring, he goes above and beyond to help and take care of your dental concerns, I have been going to him since 2002, and I drive from cloverdale just to see him, I must pass a 100 dental offices, but it is him who I trust and fully recommend in the highest regard

Ursula, the owner of Married To The Mop does her own cleaning which in itself is rare. She works hard, scrubbing every surface and detail cleans my house every time she comes. This is not your typical agency cleaning where they wipe over surfaces, she cleans your home as if it’s her own. This is absolutely the best money I have ever spent on a cleaner!!! Immigrating can be a stressful experience; there is reams of information available to you and it is often conflicting. It is also hard to talk with CIC as their lines are often busy and they cannot, understandably, offer advice.
However talking to Bell Alliance helped me (multiple times) to understand exactly what information meant and what was possible. It was also refreshing to speak to a human, not people only interested in your money.

This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO!

I have use Pat Anderson insurance for years and they have always provided excellent service and clear information about my auto insurance. Their hours mean that sometimes I have had to go to the mall when I need to renew late at night because I forgot, but I always go back here during business hours when I have the chance.
I'm currently switching my insurance to a new vehicle and called them to ask for advice and they were very helpful over the phone.
