Had my 2007 Mazda 6 Touring Edition rear ended and the trunk ruined. Had to replace it, re-paint it and re-wire it. the price was right and the work was done at 110%! The rear looks better than before you can tell they put in time to restore it properly. Dee and Dave were great to deal with and even got me a nice rental car for a few days. My paint is unique (Stormfront Grey Metallic)looks almost purple and they matched it perfectly. Will recommend them to anyone who needs a great Bodyshop.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from James and his team. This was my first accident repair on my brand new vehicle. James and very friendly and walked me through the entire process of fixing my vehicle. He was reassuring of the quality of job his staff would perform and made me feel comfortable my vehicle was in great hands. I've been going to Towne Collision for years, first of all its an independently owned and operated family business. Ziggy Always recognizes me and treats me fairly and honestly- some of you may know how important that is in this type of business!
I have never has a quote for body work come in as low as his and trust me I've gone to other places before and always end up back here!
He keeps things old school which means he focus's on the work and its spectacular every time! I even called him in the summer when I was vacationing because my car broke down and wasn't drivable and I needed advice- he gave it to me free of charge and even spoke to the mechanic up there! he saved me hundreds of dollars and gave me peace of mind!

I got in an accident and damaged the side of my vehicle and needed my door replaced. I priced out other places it was very expensive to fix. I decided to go with Andy because he is very reasonably priced and does a great job! I would definitely recommend him to everyone!

I had an amazing experience with Neil and the team at Carstar Oakville East! I received a competitive estimate and free shuttle service to/from home. The work was finished earlier than promised, and when I went to pick up my car it was completely cleaned inside and out. You can't even tell there had been damage! I had a tree fall on my car In Dec 2019. My insurer sent me to CSN in Burlington and I was treated very well. Unfortunately in March 2021 I noticed that the paint on the roof was bubbling and cracking. I took it in and WOW - they looked at it asked me to leave the car, offered a rental and my car was fixed and back within 5 days! THE BEST warrant experience I have ever had.
