Jen, the receptionist, was very friendly and patient in answering all my questions. Dr. Jay greeted me wearing a mask and rubber gloves, a requirement for medical personnel to prevent cross-contamination between doctors and patients. I appreciated his detailed explanation of his assessment and options. This man is wonderful. He is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Call Jen, his equally wonderful receptionist.

I have been a patient of Woodcreek Dental Care for many years. This time I was seen by Shannon, for a cleaning. She is a lovely young lady with a warm and friendly personality. She is aware of my spine issues and makes sure that I am comfortable in the chair. She is professional and thorough and the whole experience is very pleasant. All the staff are friendly and very good at their jobs! Totally satisfied!

“ASK Dental” is absolutely incredible and I would highly recommend. Super professional, currently open and one of the most gentle & caring dentist/staff I can honestly say I have ever experienced!
Recently had a root canal done and had zero pain afterward.
Also very reasonably priced and do direct billing with insurance companies such as Manulife.
