Excellent Service and very professional. . We love the personal touch they give to each customer. We purchased new Hunter Douglas Blinds from Hang and Shine and also used them for window cleaning. If you are ready to commit to your own well being and fitness this is the place to come to. I joined August 2018 and I have been going three times a week. My arthritis pain is no longer controlling me and I have improved my strength and agility. I highly recommend Marion and her team of trainers who make each session fun and I have met a fun group of like minded woman who are working to improve their own health.
