Wow if I could give a 10 I would. Emily and Kyra both dealt with me and what a great customer service experience. Very professional and diligent and thankyou for the free oil change. This is a great shop that uses common sense to troubleshoot auto electrical issues. Reasonable rates for some solid service to boot! They saved me money that I couldn't afford at the time as well. They truly went above and beyond in repairing my Impala ABS and Trac Off warning light issue, a trait hard to find with the bigger repair shops these days. Thanks to the guys at Maxwell auto.. I'll definitely be bringing my business to them in the near future. Cheers!

Unexpectedly adjusted the bill a pleasant welcoming surprise, always nice when you pay less. This family run company went over and above and drove my vehicle home for me due to un-for-seeable snowy/icy road conditions at no additional cost.
