I just wanted to rate my experience with McNeil's towing. We had a little mishap on Friday morning in Elmsdale and the gentleman who came to tow us out of a ditch was absolutely fantastic. I strongly recommend giving them a call. My water heater failed and they installed a new one for me, the next day, and $200 cheaper than the competition! Very friendly and professional. They certainly went above and beyond for me at no extra charge.
