Easy to use! Since experiencing a fire, I have rented from Akmal four times in the past six weeks: a cube truck twice and a cargo van twice. The trucks were in good condition. Communications have been great! I appreciate the service that I have received. I find the experience less bureaucratic than the big name brands and pricing is good. We have had no problems with shifts in timing. I like Akmal's commitment to customer service!! Would definitely recommend to others.

He is incredibly helpful, always reasonable on from a pricing standpoint, and has never failed me, no matter how unique my rental requirements are. I can't even begin to tell you how great my experience was. After my first accident they made it so easy, they offered to bring the rental car to me, they contacted my insurance company, they handled every detail, efficiently and with a smile. Would recommend this Rental Company to anyone.

The truck itself was excellent - 5/5. Clean, fuel efficient (for a truck), ran well.
The cost was excellent - 5/5. The truck for the day, PLUS mileage from Burlington-Grimsby-Burlington, PLUS gas, PLUS taxes was under $90.
The service was OK - 3/5. On booking the truck, I did have to wait inside for a few minutes (no customers were in the store) until I asked someone outside for help (and even then they told me to go back inside because there should be someone there).
