I bought my first car with this location and I couldn’t be happier. Mike worked with me tirelessly to find the best deal and went way above and beyond my expectations. Griff and Ryan also helped out along the way. I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful car or a better price. Our summer tires were stolen out of one of their storage bins – my husband wasn't informed until AFTER he had waited in the service waiting room for over an hour. We live in downtown Ottawa so driving out there is a bit out of our way. They called us at 8AM the next day to say they found new tires for us, and then accommodated my husband right away when he drove out there for 11AM. The tires were installed, our winter tires stored, and they waived all of the fees, so it didn't cost us anything.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Brady on this.. been going to Rooneys for years... Brady was for a long time Daves right hand and I have used him and appears he is keeping that spirit alive.. its a small shop so timewise its slower...but staffwise they are amazing! The reason i trust them is you go to a dealer, 3 dollar thermostat is under warrent, then come up with 500 dollars of rando stuff.. they dont do that there.. if you need a good honest machenic to trust brady is your man

Brian was a great salesman we went in and he did everything possible to get us in to our Mazda 3 that we absolutely love. Brian was friendly and one of the best salesmen that I have ever dealt with.
