July 21, 2020 Had some tires done at another shop. Was told to have tire rim bolts retightened in about 80 kilometers. I did not make 30 kilometers and began hearing a sound on the front tires. Went to Midas on Stony Plain Road and had them look at the problem. All the nuts on front right rim were loose. Tire rims on all rims were retorqued and problem was gone. No charge, cannot thank you enough. Integrity today is everything, I consider this location to be at a high standard. Thank you again

I have always told my Customers that Call Backs are Free if there issues with any work I've done. A person would believe that if a Customer had those issues they would have called back. When I get a Callback, I usually respond in 24 Hours. Apparently Shel9300 did not feel the need to call back to let RGRmech know of these issues. RGRmech had an employee in 2020, those same Rules apply for that Employee.

After my alternator belt snapped I contacted InstaMek. An hour later Alex was at my place with necessary parts and my car was ready to go in the next hour. Amazing service great people, very highly recommended.

I got a part that was off a 92 vehicle. Not easy to find but they had it on the counter for me and could take an etransfer so I didnt have to mess around. They also found me another part that even the vehicle dealer couldn't find for me and they told me which store in town had one in stock. They didn't make a dime off that sale but they found me the part anyhow.When is the last time that happened to you?

Did a complete drivetrain swap on my 08 vortecmax (l76/4l70e-l92/6l80e) and ran into a module correlation issue couldn’t pinpoint the issue with my tools and my only choice was to start replacing modules decided to take it into a better equipped shop to have them pinpoint the issue for me I took the truck to two different shops/tuners before hand wasting cash/time, the truck was down for 8 months CCMR went above and beyond to help get it back on the road quickly very pleased with CCMRs knowledge

Brought in two cars for different services. Both times I waited and the repairs were completed in about an hour. Service was great by assist manager Mona, and I witnessed Kevin dropping of a customer to his home as he was stuck at the Midas location. This is not a service they offer, and he went out of his way to help the customer. I for sure will go back again to this location.

So weird that other review... Duane is awesome. He fixed our old Honda and saved us $5000 after Honda told us our transmission was going - it was a rock in the wheel!

A week or so I submitted a review of Zoom Auto Services that was totally out of order! This business is outstanding as I have been using their services for a number of years and had no problem. I believe that lack of communication between Tony and myself caused this issue! Therefore I urge potential clients to use their services knowing that they will get exceptional value for their money!

The Team at After Dark Motor Cycles R First Rate. When 1 Mechanic quite figure out the problem it gets " BRAIN STORMED " BY ALL. They ( DON'T QUIT ). CORDELL is very fair on costs and treats U like a friend not a Customer. Thanks fellow Riders.
