Leduc Canadian tire showed exceptional service to my family and business for many years. A few weeks ago, I experienced problems with my company truck and brought it to Canadian tire in Leduc. They 100% delivered on their promises, kept me informed every day on the ongoing progress and the General Manager (Joe) personally overviewed the whole process. Unless it is a long weekend, my wife and I will be bringing our bikes here exclusively from now on. The level of service is unparalleled in the city. I had what I thought was a blown seal on my master cylinder in my brand new brake lever. I went to 2 and called 4 different bike shops and they all instantly tried to sell me new set of brakes and said my brakes were pooched. Went to MSG and the mech took one look and said "Oh, this happens with these brakes from new" Simple bleed. Done.
